1. Overview

At Miss Beez Natural Essentials, each product is handcrafted in small batches using quality natural ingredients. Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

Our goal is for every customer to enjoy a positive experience, so we will gladly review and resolve any issues that may arise with your order.

2. No Returns or Refunds

Because our products are made fresh and contain natural ingredients, we cannot accept returns or resell items once they’ve left our facility. We do not issue refunds for:

  • Customer dissatisfaction based on scent, texture, or personal preference
  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities (please review ingredients before purchase)
  • Improper storage or use
  • Normal variations in color, texture, or scent between batches

These natural variations are part of the handcrafted process and do not affect product quality.

3. Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to replace it depending on the situation. To qualify:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Provide your order numberphotos, and a brief description of the issue

We will respond within 2–3 business days to resolve your concern. Replacements are issued at our discretion after reviewing the details provided. In some cases, a store credit or discount may be offered instead.

4. Shipping Issues

Once your order has been shipped, Miss Beez Natural Essentials is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the postal carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please file a claim directly with the carrier using the tracking number provided. We will assist if possible but cannot guarantee replacement for orders lost by the carrier.

5. Product Care & Shelf Life

Our handcrafted moisturizers have a shelf life of up to 8 months from the date of purchase.

To ensure freshness:

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
  • Avoid introducing water or contaminants into containers
  • Use clean, dry hands or utensils when applying

Miss Beez Natural Essentials is not responsible for spoilage caused by improper storage.
