1. Order Processing
All Miss Beez Natural Essentials products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. During sales, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Locations
At this time, Miss Beez Natural Essentials ships only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Orders placed with international addresses will be automatically canceled and refunded.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We currently ship using USPS or UPS for most orders.
- Standard Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping: Available upon request (contact us before placing your order)
Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to weather, postal delays, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email you provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the package has been scanned by the carrier.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
Miss Beez Natural Essentials is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged in transit once they have been accepted by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to file a claim.
We’ll gladly assist you in providing any necessary information to support your claim.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your address before placing your order. We cannot change or reroute packages once they have been shipped. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
7. Warm Weather & Product Care
Our moisturizers and butters are made with natural oils and butters that may soften or melt in high temperatures. If your product arrives slightly melted, place it in a cool area or refrigerator to restore texture — this does not affect performance or quality.
8. Store Policy Overview
- All products are handcrafted and made-to-order.

- No international shipping at this time.
